- Less than 48 hours notice: No refund

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All prices are in USD and include standard cleaning supplies.

4. Service Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours and we'll return to address any issues at no additional cost.

5. Property Access

You must provide safe and clear access to all areas requiring service. Please secure any valuable items and ensure pets are contained.

6. Liability

While we take utmost care, we are not liable for normal wear and tear or any pre-existing damage. Our insurance covers accidental damage caused by our team.
